Nee Nee’s Room

My grands have all moved into new homes and they have asked me to help them with their rooms. They all fell in love with my table

So it was of no surprise that they all wanted black, gold, and teal color schemes and they wanted to paint their tables with leaves from the yard. Gotta love how influential I am on them he he he.

So let’s start with Nee Nee’s room. She wanted a desk and a small table next to her bed for her lamp. I went to the thrift store and found this desk for her along with a nice lamp.

I paid $20 for the table at TROSA and $2 for the lamp. It has a leather base and it is pretty nice. I fit the table in my trunk by removing the base. I tripped the guys out at the store because I had my drill with me. LOL . Hey I am a serious thrifter what can I say. She also got a small table for $6 and a glass top for $7, some tulle for $1 and at Walmart they had a serious sale on spray paint so I stocked up

I decided she would do her own work under my supervision. She primed and painted her chair (this was one I got for my room a while ago but never used it), and she painted her table, shelf, jewelry box and desk.
